All content available on hbahe — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other content — is the exclusive property of hbahe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use hbahe solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond hbahe's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure outages, mobile network disruptions, or force majeure events. hbahe will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
